Counselling
A place where your grief, anger, shame and fear are welcome, and where emotions are treated as messengers to listen to, not problems to fix.

I’m a Master’s of Psychotherapy and Spirituality practicum student, completing my clinical hours at Resonance Counselling under the supervision of Kara.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, narrative therapy and somatic awareness. Healing happens through genuine connection, so I work to create a space where you feel seen, heard and understood.
Why you might be here
- You’re moving through heartbreak or loss of any kind: a relationship, a death, a divorce, a move, an injury or illness, chronic pain, a job or a career. Heartbreak is heartbreak.
- You want healthier relationships, with yourself and the people around you, where you can speak honestly, ask for what you need and have the closeness you long for.
- You’re ready to look at the patterns and beliefs you’ve outgrown, so you can act in the world in a way that fits your values.
- You’re carrying anxiety, a big life transition, or questions of self-worth, and you’d like company with it.
- You need rest and relief, and want to breathe and turn toward life with a little more awe and wonder.
